How do I order?

For something posted on the account this website:

Eg. "Hello! I'm interested in this pair of earrings *screenshot of the piece*, are they available?

For a custom piece:

Eg. 1 "Hello! I saw this piece *screenshot of the product* and I wanted to ask if you could make some modifications."

Eg. 2 "Hello! I saw your animal earrings, would it be possible to make a piece inspired by my pet?"

I will send you quite a lot of messages back and forth during the whole process to make sure you not only get a unique experience but also a finished piece as similar as you envisioned it to be.

It can be a long process but this is as important to you, as it is to me, so that we can make something you love!

What are the waiting times? 

Available products: until the next delivery day

Unavailable earrings: starting from about 4 days (minus the delivery day)

Necklaces: about a week (choosing the color scheme, beads, sizing, etc..) + (making of) + (delivery day)

Custom orders: starting from about 4 days (minus the consultation for the specifics) + (depending on the type of product)

Others: starting from about 3 days

*subject to changes caused by availability, lack of materials, the need to make studies or mockups of the piece, and many other things.*

Prices: 

Delivery: (small orders - about 4 items)

The fixed price I charge for standard national delivery is 2,00€.

(price established by ctt + additional costs)

Delivery: (big orders- from about 4 items)

The price will change in orders with a bigger number of items, and consequently heavier weight.

The same happens with other types of delivery (green post, blue post, etc..).

The fixed price for in person delivery is of 1,00€.

Delivery at a market is free.

Stainless steel hooks: +0,30€

Clip-on earrings: +0,10€

Custom pieces: starting at 5€

Stickers: 0,70€ each

Prints: A5 - 5€ - A4 - 7€

Earrings: starting at 4€

Necklaces: starting at 10€

Pins: starting from 1,50€ (currently unavailable)

For my safety as an artist:

The payment needs to be made before I prepare the envelope, therefore, I won't be able to finalize, nor ship an order before it is paid for.

With customs, I will ask that you pay a percentage of the total price before I start working on your piece. This percentage will be discounted from the total and will only be asked from you after we finish the consultation for your piece and are sure of exactly how you want it.

(This does not mean you can't make any changes during the process, as long as it's not a too drastic of a change or at an irreversible phase, everything is okay!!)
